Contest Entry Guidelines

• To participate in the contest listen to one of the funny sound clips.
(Note: You are required to turn-on your speakers/headphones to listen the sound clip.)
• The contestants are required to recognize the sound clip/voice and sketch a character as inspired by the sound clip.
• One contestant can submit only one contest sketch entry by choosing any one of the sound clip/voice.
• The contestants are then required to drop the drawn sketches at the nearest BIG AIMS Center
  
  (Contestant who walk-in to the centers to submit the sketches will be eligible for a surprise Gift.)

• The sketch should clearly mention the following information:
  1. Name of the contestant
  2. Age
  3. Qualification
  4. Email ID
  5. Contact Number
  6. Sound Clip Code

Terms & Conditions for the contest

1. The "sketch the voice ("Contest") is organized by Big Animation (I) Pvt Ltd.
2. Participation in Contest is purely voluntary. There is no participation fee.
3. The Contest will close on 31st Dec 2011. Entries received after the closing date of the Contest shall not be considered and the same will be invalid. Organizers shall not be responsible for delayed, lost, mutilated, corrupted or illegible entries. Organizers have the sole and absolute right to close or extend the Contest by any time frame at their discretion.
4. To get a chance to win the prizes, users will have to participate via either by hand delivery of the sketch at respective center or by logging in to BIG AIMS Website (on www.bigaims.in/contest) complete the Contest successfully on the same platform; before the closing hours of the last date of the Contest. The hard copy or uploaded file shall carry all details – Name, Age, Qualification, Telephone, Email ID, and Sound Clip Code.
5. To be eligible for prizes, users would need to comply with the rules as set forth herein within the prescribed time period and complete the formalities
6. Names of all persons who complete the preliminary contest successfully shall be fed and 3 winners from each center shall be drawn
7. If more than one entry is received from the same user, either through the same medium or otherwise, only one such entry, of Organizers' choice, shall be eligible for participation.
8. Names of Winners shall be posted on Organizer’s website - www.bigaims.in. Winners shall also be informed individually by letters / emails / telephone calls.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to amend/discontinue the contest at any point of time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
10. Organizers' decision in regard to Winners shall be final and binding. No communication or objection shall be entertained in this regard.
11. Prizes received under Contest shall not be transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise. Prizes cannot be substituted for other articles or gifts.
12. Names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail identities and/or photographs of Winners may be used by Organizers at their sole discretion for sending out commercial information and/or for other commercial, publicity or promotional purposes. Winners who do not wish to receive such information may select such option on Website or clearly indicate in a communication sent to Organizers by recorded delivery.
13. Organizers shall not be responsible for any cost, expense or other liability whatsoever in relation to, arising from or connected with Prizes. Organizers shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage or other consequence whatsoever arising from, suffered or incurred by Winner from or in relation to Prizes.
14. All decisions of Organizers in relation to Contest shall be final and binding upon participants and Winners. No correspondence or objection shall be entertained in this regard.
15. Employees of Big Animation (I) Pvt ltd , existing students of Big AIMS , subsidiary or joint venture companies and their respective immediate family members shall not be eligible to participate in Contest.
16. Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Contest.
17. All entries in the form of sketches are to be presented in a non-controversial and respectful form true to the concept and sentiments of the subject.
18. The sketches should be sketched by the participant himself / herself and not reproduced /copied from other Internet or other artists.
19. Sketch should not have any religious pinches and the gender jokes are to be avoided.
20. Identity of the sketch should not be destroyed.
21. The sketch should be inspirational but not copied from any other artist’s work.
22. In case of online winners the original copy to be presented while collecting the prize. In case of failure to do so the entry shall be invalid.
23. The entries may be uploaded in .png, .jpeg, .jpg or .gif. The size of the file should not exceed 500KB.
    
    

Disclaimer

The Contest entries will be judged by jury nominated by BIG Animation. BIG Animation reserves the right to cancel or disqualify any entry without assigning any reason whatsoever. The decision of BIG Animation will be final and binding. BIG Animation reserves all the rights with respect to this contest. The contestants and the legal guardians of the contestants shall abide by the rules and regulations of the contest. The entrant agrees to grant BIG Animation the right to free non-commercial and commercial usage of all materials submitted. BIG Animation reserves the right to use the entries for online promotions, advertisements, re-production, exhibit and any other manner as deemed fit. BIG Animation shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever. BIG Animation will not be responsible for lost, delayed, illegible, incomplete or mutilated entry or other errors regardless of cause. Entrants guarantee that the entry submitted in the contest is the entrant’s original work and it does not infringe the copyrights or the intellectual property rights of any third party. BIG Animation reserves the sole discretion to disqualify entries of entrants found to be influencing, manipulating or tampering with the submission or the selection process, providing falsified information or acting in violation of the rules or regulations.
